Lewis Capaldi joined Scott Mills on Radio 1 yesterday afternoon and the lad lived up to his burgeoning reputation not only as a tasty purveyor of sad songs but as a bit of a comedy genius.

Lewis's new track Someone You Loved, from the Breach EP, is Mills' song of the week and it's his fastest- growing streaming track to date. Lewis is in the Top 400 GLOBAL artists on Spotify, with Someone You Loved having been added to their Hot Hits UK playlist, the biggest in the country. It's also been added to Apple Music's top list, Today's Hits.
All of which points the way to a massive breakthrough year for Lewis.
